Order cut-off is 1pm daily. All deliveries are Monday-Friday. (Saturday if paid for Saturday Delivery) (Excluding public holidays) Delivery times are an estimate, under some circumstances, delivery times may be longer than expected. If you need an order by a specific day, please inform the team and we’ll do our best to accommodate. At the moment we only deliver to the UK.

Returns

If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return your goods to us. Personalised & custom products are not able to be returned. Please ensure that you return your goods within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer free returns unless goods are damaged. If you wish to make a return, please send an email to sales@giraffecocktails.com stating your order number. Refunds will be processed once received by us, please allow up-to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
